The Facilitator Manual was the central piece of the project, and ended up being over 700 pages long. Because of the length, a color-coded system was implemented following the project color palette. Facilitators can tell what section of the manual they are in based on the color of the repeated triangle background element.
The main goal when designing the Facilitator Manual was clean, readable type that was easy for a facilitator to follow mid-presentation while not getting lost in unbroken walls of text. Clear separation of text sections was incredibly important in both languages.
In addition to the Facilitator Manual, a presentation template was designed and 30 slide decks were assembled in PowerPoint, totaling at over 300 individual slides in both English and Spanish.
Supplemental handouts in Spanish were also designed and included in the back of the Facilitator Manual to be copied or printed individually by facilitators for classes.
