Aguefort Adventuring Academy Owlbears Athletic Logo

Dimension 20 is an amazing table top RPG actual play show from Dropout.tv, and I have been madly in love with it from the first season. Inspired by the "Fantasy High" universe (which answered the question "What if John Hughes created a Dungeons & Dragons world?"), I wanted to make a fitting tribute to a show that brought me a lot of joy and tackle a design medium that I had never explored before. With that, I created an athletic mascot logo for the Agufort Adventuring Academy bloodrush team (similar to football), the Owlbears. This was my first foray into a more highly illustrative logo project, and I'm genuinely proud of the results.

After completing this project and posting it online, I was contacted by the director of Dimension 20, Michael Schaubach, and he requested a custom printed shirt with the Owlbears logo on it. In addition to the knowledge that people involved with a show I love saw my artwork and knew my name, they were also kind enough to give me a shoutout on a livestream! Needless to say, that was a highlight of my year.
