A girl named Sadie loves her Grandma, even though they don’t have much, they are happy together. On one faithful day, Grandma coughs so hard and is feeling lots of pain, and Sadie, really scared and nervous, calls 9-1-1. In the hospital, a kind doctor tells Sadie that her grandma has Stage 3 cancer. A year later, grandma dies and Sadie is sent to an orphanage and is soon adopted by a happy, kind family. Sadie is now living happily.
